What is WinStream?

WinStream is the Krofire ERP Implementation Template designed by experienced Professionals to provide instant value to your Business. WinStream is not a pre-configured ERP system, nor is it a high-level Implementation "Methodology" design to impress the CEO. WinStream is designed to complement both these pre-configured models and software house methodologies but goes beyond these concepts to introduce something NEW: actual hands on activities for Implementation Team Members revolving around Knowledge Share principles.

Krofire WinStream is available to Krofire Consultants on the "Professional" CD. This includes Examples from real Clients that we obviously cannot make generally available. A second version called, simply "Tools" has now been released. The first CD was cut on the 23rd October 2002 and covers JDEdwards releases from WorldSoftware A7 through to OneWorld Xe. This is the Release 1.0 of WinStream. We shall continually update it with each new experience.

Basically - your Implementation Team Members will never be stuck for something to do next. The Krofire Consultant arrives on your site with the "Professional" CD and, after some period of workshops and analysis, will shoe-horn your Business into WinStream on your local Shared Network Drive. From then on it is simple "paint-by-numbers" for the team members to Document, Design and Build the system leaving your Consultants free to Configure your Solution from the work your Team is doing. It is not a replacement for hard work but is a highly structured network of documents that need to be completed in order for the business to have delivered all of the analysis necessary to build the system. If you start at the beginning and finish everything then the job is done - you have everything you need to configure your new ERP solution and Train your users on it.

Krofire VisualAssist material is also free of charge to any Client wishing to engage Krofire Enterprises Ltd in delivering the material.
