• The Standard Terms & Conditions Agreement guarantees Krofire the following freedoms:
  • Krofire can engage multiple clients
  • Krofire can not be obliged into working for any single client
  • Krofire reserves the right to decline further offers of work from any client
  • Krofire is in Business in its own right
  • Krofire will use its own Trademarks
  • Krofire Professionals are their own bosses and direct their own work
  • Krofire Professionals do not accept any form of Employee benefits from any client
  • Krofire will use its own equipment for any engagement

   

Engagement Ethics & Anti-Competitive Restrictive Practices

The Professionals working for Krofire Enterprises will typically use items & equipment, in the execution of their duties, that contain the Krofire Trademark or trading name. The use of this name is the sole preserve of a Krofire Professional. For all Contracted Services (where the Contract names "Krofire Enterprises Ltd" as the Service Provider) our Professionals are obliged to use the Krofire trading name, Trademarks and Logos. No Client, Partner or Associate may restrict the use of said trading name. This restriction applies to: telephone answering machine messages (including mobile voice-mail services), Mobile phone operator logos, E:Mail address, E:Mail Auto-signature, Mobile phones covers, letterheads, t-shirts, business cards, content of this web site, fax machine identity, computer screensavers, computer desktop logo, computer identity plates, car windscreen advertising, compliment slips and other written material.

No Client, Partner or Associate may attempt to 'pass-off' the Krofire Professional as their own Permanent Employee. Krofire Professionals are the permanent employee of Krofire Enterprises Ltd only. It is for the Management of Krofire Enterprises Ltd to agree any exceptions, in writing. Any such exception will ONLY extend to the use of a Business Partner's Business Card and verbal communication. This exception extends to the deliberate omission, by the Krofire Professional, to inform Client Staff of their Employer's name. These exceptions are only temporary and acceptable within the first two days to two weeks of any specific engagement period. No Krofire Professional can pass themselves off as a permanent employee of another Company. To do so is a disciplinary offence. No Krofire Professional can be coerced into deliberately misinforming, lying or otherwise misleading a Client about the Freelance nature of their work. To do so is unethical, unprofessional and a breach of Krofire Standard Terms and Conditions. To do so is a disciplinary offence.
